Looks late 1990s early 2000s. Tested over 48hrs and working to correct time. Cleaned for it new owner.
New Seiko battery fitted. It will hold it’s value, and may even increase in price. Will fit up to 6.7″ approx max.
Can be adjusted to any smaller wrist size with link removal. Total face including crown 28.20 mm. “see pics” And make your own mind up.
